SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within Egypt. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Egypt is 70 EGP. Orders over 500 EGP qualify for free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

- Cairo & Greater Cairo: 2–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–5 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EEST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, are processed the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time.

RETURNS

What can I return?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

What can't I return?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks that have been worn or washed
- Socks where the original packaging has been opened or damaged
- Items marked as final sale

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@moodysocks.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for return

We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
