How long does shipping take?

Orders within Egypt are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over 500 EGP within Egypt.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to help.

What materials are your socks made from?

Our socks are made from premium combed cotton blends, carefully chosen for softness, durability, and breathability. All materials meet OEKO-TEX certification standards — meaning they're tested safe for skin contact.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are your socks ethically made?

Absolutely. We hold certifications from SEDEX, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, and the Higg Index — covering fair labor practices, environmental responsibility, and product safety. Every pair is made with people and the planet in mind.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene items (like opened sock packs) are non-returnable for health reasons.

How do I start a return?
